My child had a mole removed. The experience for my son and us as parents was very good.
We were seen by Dr Gvozdenovic, she was amazing: professional, understanding and very much patient orientated. First of all the appointment was on time, dr Gvozdenovic explained in details: procedure, anaesthesia, risks and post operation management and constented my son (very appropriately, he was able to make that decision on his own).
Procedure went well and almost pain free, dr Gvozdenovic and assisting nurse (as far as I remember Tracy) put the patient at ease.
Being theatre nurse myself I watched procedure carefully, I was impressed.
