My mom went for an ultrasound. We were 30 minutes early as we were concerned about getting a parking space and didn't expect to be seen early but were taken in within 10 minutes.

The sonographer was professional and informative and had taken the time to read my moms notes and know why she was attending and made sure that they got the images that they needed and explained what they were doing at all times.

We were done and back home by the time it was her actual scan time.

Earlier that week she'd also had a barium enema in xray which is never a nice experience but again, everyone was friendly and professional and made it bearable.
