What I liked

The hospital is very clean, there are plenty of volunteers around to help you find your way. I was seen within 10 minutes of my alloted appointment time.

What could be improved

Trying to make my next appointment. I had to wait for sometime and then a lady, who I can only assume was a volunteer, attempted to make the appointment for me, however, her knowledge of the system was poor and it took at least 15 minutes to complete this basic task.

Anything else?

The hospital has a general positive overall feel, the staff are friendly and helpful and the doctors I've seen seem to be knowledgeable if not a litlle pompous. Considering how the NHS are expected to work by the government, I think this hospital is doing really well.
