(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Staff try to keep me on a diet as part of my care plan. I get my care plan, but not very often. I have been here about six years but I want to leave now. I need to get unescorted leave in about two weeks. They tell me I should be discharged within the year. I would like to go out on escorted leave more than twice a week.
