I love fishing. I get loads of leave, so I get to go out and go fishing. I have had unescorted leave for just over a year and I get to go out into the community. I am almost out of St Andrew's now and I will be going to live nearby. I moved from the hospital in Northampton becaus this hospital is closer to where I live. I came here to be nearer home. I have been here for two and a half years now and the team have helped me get better. It is important to me that I move on from hospital. I think I have approximately two and a half months left, maybe a bit more. I like artwork and doing art, but I don't think that I am any good at it. The message that I have for other patients who may come here after me is that they should have faith that you are going to get out of here. When I came, I thought that I would be here indefinitely, but it turned out that the help here is helping me get released. I will be going to live in my own flat with people on site if I need them, I didn't believe that would be possible.
"Have Faith - the help here is helping me get out"
