"Blepharoplasty & ptosis surgery"

A big thank you to all staff involved at QVH. From my first appointment to my follow up appointment after surgery everything went smoothly. All the staff were caring, friendly, and attentive. Day of surgery was asked to check in at 12 midday, but my surgery time was at 4pm. Four hours of waiting but had hubby with me. Went out for a walk, and read a magazine. Someone had to be last. Was looked after well in the recovery ward after feeling bit faint. With tea and biscuits. Wonderful hospital a credit to our NHS.
