Absolutely appalling!

No compassion whatsoever! ! They treat you as though you are intruding on their property. No smile, no eye to eye contact.. Twydall clinic should be ashamed of themselves. They hang up the phone constantly. It takes days of contact lyrics telephoning to actually speak to someone. And when you do it's very abrupt and the receptionists seem to think they are god! Needing to know the ins and outs of your need to see a doctor. . Utterly disgraceful service!!
