(as the patient),

I think the car park facility is terrible! The machines don't accept credit cards nor do they have pay by phone facility. It just accepts coins which I find ridiculous in this day and age! !

Thank you for taking the time to post your feedback regarding the parking at the Hospital. I am sorry to hear that your experience with parking at the hospital wasn't a positive one. We have been in contact with the Head of Facilities who would like to pass on his apologises for any inconvenience this has caused you. He has explained that the Hospital are in the process of updating the software on all of the P & D machines to be able to accept Debit/Credit Cards and also Contactless Payment. The Chip and Pin Facility and also Contactless payment, will be operational before the end of March.

Please accept our apologies regarding your experience but the Trust are working hard to improve the service.
