"Caring considerate practice"

I have been a patient over 10 years and have always been treated well by all staff and doctors.

I would not hesitate in recommending the service to family and friends as there is exceptional access they offer walk in clinics every day plus telephone consultations , I usually get seen the same day.

However I feel the telephone systems could be improved as it can be difficult getting through by phone, perhaps a queuing or redirectional messages to reassure patients would be useful .
