I couldn't find a Voluntary Services Section on your drop-down box below so hope you will accept this little note here:

Thank you so very much for the help given by a Voluntary Services' Guide.

We needed their help to take our poorly patient in a wheelchair to Level D.

Apparently this particular wheelchair could only be wheeled by a member of staff.

Unfortunately there wasn't a wheelchair available in the aisle when we arrived that could be wheeled by a member of the public.
