My husband was rushed to Pilgrim Hospital by ambulance recently. When we arrived the stroke team were there ready and waiting.
The service he received was amazing, he is now back home and making excellent progress. I am sure the speed with which he was dealt with and the treatment he received helped him make a speedy recovery. We have nothing but praise for the Pilgrim Stroke Unit.
