"The very best care received- outstanding a&e staff"

My mother went to a&e after having an accident- given that it was a Saturday night, and the hospitals are all under pressure, she received outstanding help! The turn around time was 4.25 hours, but this included x-rays, stitches, arm bone manipulation and then plastering. The staff were all so friendly including the consultant who was present almost throughout, and all were helpful so it certainly helped me feel a little less anxious. A team to be proud of in our NHS.
