"Left with a negative view of hospital"

About: Northampton General Hospital (Acute) / General surgery

Had 4 hospital admissions in 6 weeks. Lots of things happened that were negative.

Felt I wasn't listened to. Lots of mistakes including surgery and important issues that caused immense pain and suffering were not recorded on letters to doctor. Given medication by consultant that was a wrong diagnoses so went home in a lot of pain. This took months to sort, constantly contacting the hospital for help and paperwork when I was supposed to be recovering.

Positive were that I came across some amazing nurses who cared for me.
