About: Conquest Hospital / General surgery

I recently came into the conquest for day surgery. I wanted to leave a review as I felt really cared for and safe whilst in your hands. All of the staff communicated with me and my partner throughout the entire process and I really felt like nothing was too much trouble, despite how obviously busy you all were.

I am a nurse in a different trust, and I have high expectations for patient experience, you all far exceeded these and I just wanted to say thank you for your hard work and compassion.
