I would like to say that I was impressed with the level of care I received at the Day Surgery Unit at Warwick Hospital from the staff on arrival through to the nursing staff who looked after me so well.
We are always happy to complain about poor service which is why I wanted to a big thank you for making my experience as pleasant as it could be.
