"Not the place for me"

About: St Andrew's Healthcare Birmingham / Speedwell

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I feel that St. Andrew's is not the place for me. I feel valued some of the time but not all of the time. I haven't been aware of seeing my care plan and I don't quite understand how it works.

It is nice to hear you feel valued some of the time but it needs to be all of the time, I will liaise with Speedwell about this and your care plans and also how you don't understand it and we will look at reviewing care plans on your ward.


Then hopefully everything should get better, good luck in your recovery.
