"disgusted"

My mother in law was taken in from re ablement having had her hip pinned a week before, she now had pnuemonioia and gastro enteritis.. She is now refusring to eat as she asked for a commode, as they wouldnt give her a frame to walk to toilet herself... it never came so she soiled her self sever al times, as the commode never comes. so she is now not ewating or drinking as she has more respect and dignity than to be left soiled... is anyone noticing that food is brought and taken away not being touched or asked why ?? No!.

all you will get if anything tragic occurs.... we will put things in place and learn from our errors !, standard rubbish !
