About: New Victoria Hospital / Minor injuries unit

(as the patient),

Was seen at minor injuries with suspected broken arm, fortunately not broken, but have to say, all the staff that attended to me, from receptionist, the doctor, x ray staff and the nurse, thank you, all were very pleasant, cheerful and very efficient and delivered a very high standard of care

I work in a small team in NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde which seeks to involve patients and carers in the work of the NHS. The biggest part of my role is in managing feedback projects across the Board area, one of which is Patient Opinion. It is my job to give our patients and carers the opportunity to give us feedback, and to make sure that this is passed to the right people to help us improve the services we provide.

Thank you so much for getting in touch - I'll make sure that all of the staff at the Minor Injuries Unit at the Victoria ACH get to see your kind comments, I'm sure they'll be really pleased you took the time to write about your experience.

It's great to hear that every member of staff looked after you with the same consistently high standard of care - it makes such a difference to patients when a team works so well together, from the front door to when they leave.
