"Superlative nursing care"

I attended D5 today for an investigation and biopsy to my larynx. From setting foot in the building until being discharged, the standard of care was second to none. Every member of staff I met was kind, courteous, professional, helpful and caring. I really felt like I mattered to them and they made sure I was comfortable and safe during my stay. The staff on Short Stay and D5 were absolutely wonderful. The anaesthetist and the surgeon came to see me before I went to theatre and their bedside manner put me completely at ease. They were just magnificent and I went to theatre feeling completely relaxed and in safe hands. Thank you so much to all the staff for making my visit as relaxed and as unstressful as possible. You are all angels!
