"Looked after during colonoscopy"

About: Crawley Hospital

(as the patient),

I visited the Endoscopy unit today at Crawley Hospital for a colonoscopy. From the moment I arrived I felt looked after, reassured and cared for. From the lovely nurse that checked me in to the doctor and nurses in the procedure room and finally the recovery nurses. I was very nervous and all of them smiled amd were very friendly.

Well done on making an unpleasant procedure more bearable, and thank you for caring today.
