"Memory Loss"

for the last year or two, I have been aware that my memory was deteriorating and my main concern was to find out whether it may be dementia-related. My GP put me in touch with Cognitive impairment and dementia services based in Hammersmith. I received notification of an appointment fairly quickly and I met with Hanna a few days later. Hanna was very helpful and knowledgeable, with a cheerful attitude, she put me very much at ease and set my mind at rest.
