About: Glasgow Royal Infirmary / Gastroenterology

(as the patient),

Had many of these procedures at many hospitals across Scotland and this experience was one of the very best in terms of being put at my ease by all staff and especially nurses. The 'banter' was good humoured and served to provide a relaxed atmosphere whilst still retaining the professionalism required.
