My husbands' appointment was for 10. 20am. It was a dreadful morning, weather wise, so we arrived early in order to find a parking space.
It was about 09. 35 and went into the hospital to get out of the rain. We registered, etc. , and had no sooner sat down and his name was called. Dr. Whatley thanked us for being early, had the consultation with my husband and we happily left.
We were back home and having a cup of tea BEFORE his appointment time.
I would like you to pass on my sincere thanks to everyone concerned and, may I add, we have no complaints whatsoever about Tameside Hospital. My husband is under many clinics, nephrology, kidney, and gastro, we have always been seen promptly and by staff with a lovely attitude.
I hope you take notice of this as We only read of "bad things" in the press about Tameside General Hospital.
