(as the patient),

I'm a health care professional and have referred patients to this service on many an occasion. I needed the service myself through stress related anxiety and now know first hand what an amazing service Lets Talk is. From the first assessment and referral to The CBT I received, I received personalized, practical, excellent care to enable me to prevent my problem happening again. I felt thoroughly cared for and listened to throughout the 6 consultations I received and truly felt that they were there to help me. Thank you "Lets Talk" You were all brilliant.
