I had to bring my daughter to have a cone biopsy in January. I can't state highly enough how considerately, respectfully and kindly they treated us both. They explained what was going to happen and when she came out one particular nurse was so caring, checking she was ok, even making her a cup of tea. It was not a pleasant medical procedure for my daughter and, as her mother, I too was anxious. However the attitude of all staff involved, from the reception of our arrival to our leaving made the whole experience a lot less scary. Thank you ladies for your kindness it was much appreciated.
