Dear Madam/Sir,

I am writing to praise and to thank Mrs Janice Brownhill

My daughter came as a patient to the Paediatric Trauma and Orthopaedics Outpatient Clinic, as she was due major orthopaedic surgery.

In our visits to hospital, we had the pleasure of knowing Ms Brownhill. It is her professional knowledge and experience as well as her empathy and good, practical advise, that always make our visits a pleasant experience.

Although we live in west London and have quite a long commute to the clinic, thanks to Ms. Brownhill, we are happy to come, knowing that we are in the best hands.

As a mother, preoccupied and anxious about the prospect of my child's surgery, I take comfort in speaking to Mrs Brownhil, in her experience, her knowledge, her empathy and in all her support.

I wish to praise her and all that she does for the wellbeing of patients like my daughter.

I can not thank her enough for the special person that she is.
