"Very helpful and efficient!"

Been at your practice for many years now and felt I needed to leave a little thank you on here after some particularly good care I received today. I was telephone triaged by a very nice GP about a problem I have had several times before, the doctor was happy to give me a prescription, which I then picked up easily and hour or 2 later. The reception staff found the script within a few minutes, and as I hadn't required an actually appointment for the initial problem, they also helped me book into the contraceptive clinic later the same day so I could also sort that out too. Afraid I can't remember the name of the receptionist, but the receptionist was lovely, please pass on my thanks!
