About: Brownlow Group Practice

Everytime I have an appointment in this place I wait around 1 hour to be seen. Appointment at 3:15 but I got seen at 4:15. Not a very good system maybe they need to space out the appointments a bit more and stop the backlog. I spoke to the receptionist and it was a waste of my time.

We are sorry to hear that this has been your experience.

There is always some unpredictability with regards to whether urgent and more complex problems might cause delays in clinics, but your waiting times have been significantly over our average, and for that we apologise.

The waiting time figures are regularly reviewed at the weekly access meeting within the practice, with a view to keeping disruption and inconvenience to a minimum.
