"doctor that was rude to me and left my son for 3 hours before calling"

About: Bromley Healthcare / Medical response team London Ambulance Service NHS Trust

(as a parent/guardian),

my son is just over 9 months old and has been ill for just over 3 days due to a viral bug ... I have took him to see 2 different doctors at my gp and also seldoc at lewisham hospital

I called the 111 service as needed a home vist for my son that has not kept food and hes milk down for 3 days but was keeping down water until today when he projectile vomited 3 times in the space of just under 20 minutes and will not drink at all to save him from dehydration I thought I would have someone to come and check him out at home and I was then told I would have someone to come and see me within the hour time frame. well this never happened. 3 hours later after god knows how many times calling 111 about the service that this team was meant to provide I had a call from a doctor asking me questions about my son that I had already told to previous doctors 100 times to then be told he may come and visit my son in the morning after leaving a 9 month old that may already be dehydrated due to lack of drink and being sick he was also very rude on the phone and did not want to come out to me at all at first baring in mind he decides to call at half 1 at night after me making the call to 111 at half 10 the service that this doctor provide was discussing ...

also told the doctors the signs my son was having that were all signs of dehydration

this signs that my son is having our

sleepy

fewer wet nappies

dry and cold skin

no tears when he is crying

very low energy

and sunken soft spot
