"Used them since they opened years ago at..."

I've lived locally for 13 years and registered with Ropewalks Practice when it opened several years ago (and the neighbouring dentist too!) - I have seen several different doctors over the years (I prefer to vary the actual doctor I see, except for the diabetes specialist). I have never had to wait more than a few days for a standard appointment, and if it's urgent, the walk-in service is great (sometimes you have to wait a while but you always get seen) - I am not sure how people can complain about this. I speak to family who live outside of Merseyside and they are always envious of the service I mention to them that I receive at Ropewalks, so I say please keep up the excellent services you provide. Also the online prescription ordering is a great feature as well as booking appointments online (although a minor criticism: it appears that not all the GPs/nurses slots always appear on the online appointment booking system)
