"First time stay in Broomfield"

Stayed only one night in Stock Ward. Pleasantly surprised at the bright, clean décor that was free from marks and scuffs.

The room was spacious and very clean. The Sister was on duty that day. What a lovely person the Sister is, very efficient, friendly and obviously runs a very happy ward. Nothing was too much trouble for one nurse who looked after me during the night, also another who was friendly but inspired confidence.

There were several other nurses who also had ready smiles and were happy to help.

It renews my faith in the nurses of today, who sometimes do not show a caring way.
