"Ropewalks -Argyle St practice and GP the best !"

I had a 30 minute wait for my consultation , I approached the front of house member of staff who was very polite and helpful , apologised for the delay and explained I would be seen next .

I had been offered an appointment that same day, suffering with what I thought was a non treatable viral infection, though struggling to breathe

I called the surgery and was asked over the phone by the doctor to come in anyway , they diagnosed a bacterial infection and so I was able to receive antibiotics. I was very impressed with the professional and good natured, friendly approach of the Doctor. They gave me time to , was was polite , informative, and listened .

Overall this was just as a visit to the GP should be . This is by far the best practice of the Ropewalks group. I have had two most negative experiences from receptionists in the Brownlow building of the Ropewalks Practice, so I personally would not return there. The attitude of receptionists make all the difference to the experience of the patients when they are unwell. Thanks to the doctors for their wonderful approach and positive attitude.
