"Poor chemo service ward 6"

About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham

Please go privately.

In the duration of my mothers chemotherapy. The average wait was 5-6 hours.

Sometimes the staff are in good spirits but today was the poorest it had been with nurses swearing and being rude and most of auxillaried have no professionalism. some of the nurses swear on numerous occasions and those were very professional but they are always in office 1. On on the whole if you can go private. Please do. It's make me re -evaluate receiving NHS care.
