The paediatric nurse at Broomfield Hospital in Chelmsford was wonderful. She explained - with photos - every stage of what will happen when our son comes in for his operation. She then gave us a tour of the ward, so he could see where he will recover after the op, and what games and entertainment are available. She made sure he understood fully what the experience will entail.
