"From start to finish the care that she received was magnificent"

(as a parent/guardian),

My stepdaughter took ill on Hogmanay and became quite distressed. After calling 999, an ambulance arrived within 4 minutes. From start to finish the care that she received was magnificent, thorough, completely person-centred and incredibly reassuring, as well as inspiring. It made me very proud of NHS Scotland.

I was sorry to hear of your stepdaughter’s illness but very pleased to hear about the care that she received from our staff.
