(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

We felt we had to write to congratulate both yourself and the huge team of people involved with patient/parent Christmas lunch at WWH last Sunday afternoon. You had thought of everything from start to finish, the photo taken by the sleigh, the drinks receptions, right through to the beautiful hot meal itself all served efficiently by “Santa’s little elves”. No honestly, we as a family were quite overwhelmed by the level of detail. It was a fantastic event and you all need to be congratulated with just how it all went on the day

Thank you so much for taking the time to contact us. I am delighted with the positive comments and will share with all the staff involved. Yes, a lot of work went in to it but I can genuinely say it was well worth it. We really enjoyed the day and also talked about it for days and weeks after the event. It really was a special day for all involved.

I am pleased to let you know that we will be arranging another one in April. All the families will be invited and I hope you are able to come along.
