I need to get information on how to secure my own life in terms of independence and how to organize daily activities through intellectual advice given to help me focus on my judgement and lack of awareness. This service could have been improved by introducing a systemised computer system to monitor overall progress of every patients who attends therapy, this can help improve capability and performance of this service.
