I had to have a blood test at Townsend Avenue LCH Phlebotomy as I couldn’t have the appointment with my GP. The phlebotomist was a wee bit hostile & sounded like she’d gotten out the wrong side of bed. I asked for a specific arm to be done but she said no. Once she’d finished there was blood pouring out all the time. My arm is black & blue & I was told by the surgery it was her first time doing it. I don’t like needles and this has frightened me.
