I attended the Outpatients Department at the United Lincolnshire Hospitals - County Hospital for my half yearly follow up appointment, booking in electronically was so very easy to use and user friendly in any language.

Being seen by Dr Scheele and her staff in the Chest / Asthma Clinic was both efficient and effective being seen on time.

I needed to have some follow up Tests in the day case Medical Unit and was sent there directly, on arriving there following the signage was so very easy I was met by Staff Nurse Sharon who explained clearly what was going to happen and when, bloods were taken and sent off.

I was sent for the scans carried out in the Imaging Department and tests with the results given directly by the Sonographers.

On returning back to the Day Case Medical Unit it was confirmed that I did not need any further medication or tests and was released, this in my opinion was a very well led department / unit which was efficient and well managed

This resulted in a "One Stop Process" an excellent service and would certainly recommend the Trust to other well Done everyone.
