(as the patient),

I was very fearful of having a gastroscopy as I had a very bad experience with this procedure some years before. The nurse who checked me in was lovely and very supportive. When I met the rest of the endoscopy team they did their utmost to help me to relax and could not do enough for me. After the procedure everyone was so attentive and made me feel so comfortable. I am very grateful to them all.
