(as a parent/guardian),

My son has been referred on a couple of occasions within the last month to the X-ray and A&E department at Good Hope Hospital in Sutton Coldfield. On both occasions we have received excellent service from staff at all levels. They have been helpful and efficient (and cheerful! ) and the waiting times have been minimal. We always go into these places, never at a convenient time (if there is one), expecting to be waiting for hours on end, and generally expecting the worst. I am truly impressed by the level of care we have received at Good Hope and can only praise and thank the staff for their excellent work.

Thank you for your comments regarding your attendances to the Emergency Department (ED) as well as the ~X-ray Department at Good Hope Hospital.

I am so pleased to read that you have received excellent service from staff at all levels in both departments and I will be thrilled to ensure that your comments are highlighted to the Management Team, Matrons and Clinical Directors for ED and Radiology who will ensure that your lovely feedback is communicated to all of the their respective teams who work very hard to provide a positive patient experience.

I hope my actions are acceptable and thank you for taking the time to post your feedback, patient experience is very important to us.
