My dad gets terribly anxious attending hospital. We arrived for his 11: 40 appointment yesterday expecting a wait and I had some distraction strategies thought out beforehand.

We'd just sat down when Mr Vint came and called him through! He was seen, condition discussed, examined and bloods taken and we were on our way by midday! All the staff were lovely.

Asides from running the clinic they had a huge delivery of sundries to put away. They still seemed very chirpy which is reassuring to patients and relatives who are apprehensive.
