My father was admitted with a life changing event to ward F4. They were fantastic and brilliant and now my father has been discharged home for end of life care. Patient centred, very caring and amazing Care. Thank you

I'm pleased to read that your father received patient centred care on Ward F4. We are very lucky to have a great team who do their best every day to provide the care as you've described. I'm sorry to hear that your father is now receiving end of life care at home, and my thoughts are with you and your family
