"Dermatology clinic re:Mums skin"

We arrived at the hospital & found a parking space immediately - far easier to pay when you finish your appointment. The clinic was running a little late, but when you see how much time they give each patient, you can appreciate the reason behind it. The staff were wonderful caring & empathetic - not patronising. They were patient & kind but very thorough explaining everything twice as my mum doesn't hear well. When we went in my mum was totally uninterested believeing that she would come away with a pat on the head & an oh dear; but no they checked everything she came away from the clinic much more optomistic they even sorted out where she could have treatment, locally rather than the trek over to Portsmouth. Things may change but at least they have tried. I cannot thank them all enough. I do hope that you all have a wonderful Christmas & a peaceful new year.
