"Lupus and MRI"

As a new Guy's patient, I am very disappointed with service provision at the Lupus Clinic and with MRI. Disappointment was not with the clinical services but with the administration. My results were not sent out for a month and only after numerous telephone calls and even then (having been promised information) it still took another 2 weeks for letter to be typed! I'm now waiting for MRI results and have been calling most of today, there is no one to pick up the phone! im sorry, but this is not good enough... I wish I went elsewhere.

We are concerned to hear that you have experienced problems with the administration team which has resulted in delays in sending your results to you and you have struggled to get through on the phone to the department to get the results of your MRI scan. We would like to apologise for this.
