My daughter fell down some stairs and hurt her shoulder, so visited A&E. She was in a lot of pain and after waiting in A&E, we asked for some painkillers as she was in agony. She was then called in straight away and after an X-Ray it was confirmed she had dislocated her shoulder and this is why she was in so much pain.
The sister she saw was fantastic. So kind and helpful and managed to get it back in. After a few x-rays, as popped out again, she was strapped up and sent home.
Couldn't have asked for more care. Was just so caring and calming. Thank you so much
