"Couldn't have had a better experience"

Having had seven previous operations at private hospitals - when I had a different job with medical insurance - I was a bit concerned about my first visit to Crawley. I shouldn't have been. Although the procedure was pretty much the same, the genuine care and concern expressed by all the nursing and housekeeping staff was way above that received at the local private one. From the receptionist at the Day Surgery unit, through ward, theatre and recovery nurses, all were so kind and caring. Couldn't have had a better experience.
