What I liked

i have ivf treatment at this hospital and the staff on the unit where fantastic the explained every thing each step of the way nothing was to much troble even though it was unsuccesful the doctor explianed what we need to do next and i asked what i wanted to do and what i thought.

What could be improved

the only thing i think could of been improved is when the embryologist calls to tell you if the egg has fertilized if it has not as it was in my case i feel that it should be the units councillor to offer support.
