"Praise for staff at the eye clinic"

(as a relative),

Big thank you to all the staff at the eye clinic. My mother has been attending the clinic for many years due to glaucoma and now cataracts and can not praise the staff enough for their care.

We were at the clinic, what a great idea to have a weekend clinic. I really appreciate the staff working weekends, it means I can take her and bring her back.

My daughter has also attended in the last few weeks to have a 'freckle' on the back of her eye checked and I can also concur with Mum that the staff and service is excellent.

Dear Trombone Shorty,

Thank you so much for your lovely post about the Opthalmology team. It really is so important to hear about both the good and the not so good experiences via this forum. I am always delighted to be able to pass on praise to the staff, it is great for morale and makes it so worth while. I don't often get a chance to thank three generations in one go (3 birds with one stone!).
