"My aunts care"

My 99 year old aunt soiled herself in ward 7c. The nurse who was looking after her gathered the bedclothes in a heap and left. My sister said that she did not come back and so she asked a physiotherapist to get someone. Another very nice nurse came and took her to get cleaned up. She was then taken for an echogram but when she got there it was very cold but no one could get her a blanket. She waited quite a while before she was returned to the ward freezing. She was put into bed shaking. My sisters was with her and witnessed this. I tried to find a number for the hospital administrator but could not find one. I subsequently contacted my MP. If anything happens to my aunt as a result of this treatment I will be looking for those responsible.
